New fellowship: Dr. Yifat Aran is awarded the Nachson and Arieh Mimran Fellowship

We are proud to announce that Dr. Yifat Aran has been awarded the prestigious Nachson and Arieh Mimran Fellowship from the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at the Rutgers School of Management & Labour Relations. Her pioneering research examines how high-growth firms utilise equity-based compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent, as well as the legal and institutional frameworks that underpin these practices. This recognition highlights not only Dr. Aran’s leadership in the field of law & entrepreneurship, but also positions her work within a global research agenda focused on broad-based ownership, shared capitalism, and the future of the employment relationship.

The Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at Rutgers is a leading academic centre advancing research on how equity and profit-sharing models shape organisational performance and economic inclusion. Through its competitive fellowship program, it brings together scholars exploring innovative compensation and ownership structures that can transform firms and their workforces.

We congratulate Dr. Aran on this distinguished achievement and look forward to the contributions her research will bring to our Centre’s mission of understanding the intersection of law, technology, human capital, and innovation ecosystems.
