The Law, Technology, and Cyber Clinic is the first of its kind in Israel, providing students with hands-on experience at the intersection of law, technology, and society.

In the digital age, new and complex legal challenges emerge across a broad range of areas, including:

• Privacy and Big Data
• Intellectual Property and Civil Liberties
• Cybersecurity, National Security, and State Responsibility
• Copyright in the Internet Age
• Platform and Supplier Liability for Cyber Abuse
• Cyber and Human Rights
• AI and Human Rights
• Many of these questions are entirely novel and have yet to be fully addressed by the legal community in Israel or globally. The Clinic offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with these pressing issues through applied legal work, policy development, and collaboration with civil society, public institutions, and tech-sector stakeholders.
